  • TESTER CLOCK PERIOD AND CLOCK SOURCES.
  • MODEL TESTER SKEW ON THE INPUT PORTS.
  • DIFFERENT TIMING EXCEPTIONS.
  • DIFFERENT SETUP/HOLD ON THE OUTPUT PORTS.
  • THE SCAN CHAIN IS EXCERSIED IN TEST MODE.(NOT IN FUNCTIONAL MODE).
